Rental Information, Rates & Services:

One set of linen for each bed.
One set of bath towels per guest.
The house is professionally cleaned for your stay.
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday – other days may be possible out of season.
A change of bed linen, towels, additional cleaning, arrival hamper, cots etc can be provided at additional cost and by prior agreement. Kindly inform us at the time of your inquiry.
A €300 damages deposit will be added to the invoice and is to be fully refunded should no damages occur.
An additional €150 one-off payment will be invoiced for the final clean from 10.00 am on day of departure.
A 20% non- refundable deposit is payable at the time of reservation confirmation – the balance is payable 6 weeks before departure.

Time of Arrival & Departure:

In order to allow sufficient time for cleaning we request that you arrive after 4 pm/16.00 and depart by 10.00 am.
